For one-time purchases, the process happens at checkout. You take the health survey before completing your order:

1. Add your items to cart
2. At checkout, select Truemed as your payment method
3. Important: you must check out as a guest — not through ShopPay
4. Complete a short, private health survey (about 2 minutes)
5. A licensed independent provider reviews your answers and, if appropriate, issues a Letter of Medical Necessity
6. Pay with your HSA/FSA card directly.

If you're not approved, your payment will not process and you'll be notified.
