For subscription orders, you purchase first and seek reimbursement after — you cannot pay directly with an HSA/FSA card at checkout for subscriptions:

1. Complete your subscription purchase as usual using a regular credit card
2. After checkout, look for the Truemed survey link on your order confirmation page or in your confirmation email
3. Complete the health survey on the same day as your purchase. This is a requirement and cannot be done retroactively
4. A licensed provider reviews your answers and, if approved, issues a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 24 hours
5. Use the guide included with your LMN to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement
6. Reimbursement typically arrives within 2–4 weeks
