For one-time purchases: if a provider determines you don't qualify, your payment will not process on your HSA/FSA card. You'll receive a notification and can choose to complete the purchase with a regular credit card if you'd like.

For subscriptions: your purchase has already gone through on your regular credit card, so there's no impact to your order. You simply won't receive an LMN for that transaction.
