Didn't Get a Code

When you log onto your Semaine account here you must enter your email address. You will be emailed a code to log in. Sometimes this email can go to a folder like Spam/Junk or Promotions, and not into your inbox. Try searching for "Semaine Health" to find the email.

Wrong Email Address

You might be using the incorrect email address. You can only log in with the address you used when you placed your order/created your account. If you have more than one email address, try using one of those to see if it works. 

Our customer service staff can assist in finding the correct email address. Reach out to them with your order number. If you don't have the order number, send us your phone number and mailing address. We will be able to look it up for you! [email protected].
